A claim under the “Best Price” policy must be made by clicking on the product’s web page and filling out the form. Our staff will respond within 1 business day and, if the product qualifies, we will issue you with a coupon code, allowing you to purchase the product for 5% less.
- Price must be advertised online and visible on competitors website.
- Links to Amazon, eBay, Alibaba or Aliexpress listings are not eligible for this promotion.
- Competitor must be an Australian Business (for example have an ABN).
- Retailer must be located in Australia and ship to your location.
- The product must ship from Australia.
- Pricing must be in AUD.
- Comparison is based on brand new products and excludes factory seconds.
- Item must be identical in every way including size, shape, colour, quantities and materials.
- Item must be from the identical manufacturer or brand.
- We will not price match a counterfeit, knockoff, or falsely advertised / represented product.
- Price comparison will be calculated based on the product price + shipping cost.
- Competitor must have the item available for purchase, in stock and ready to ship.
- Excludes any non retail promotions including flash deals, clearance run outs, membership clubs, coupon codes, bulk discounts, cash back offers and rebate deals.
- Excludes software and other virtual products.
- Due to the high number of counterfeit and mis-labeled products being sold online by other retailers, we sadly must excludes electronics.
