You can track your orders by logging in to Maker Store and clicking the ‘Track‘ link under your order.

Alternatively, you can click the Order Tracking link on the home page and enter your order number and email address and then click the “Track” button.

We currently accept purchase orders on a case by case basis. Please email sales@makerstore.com.au for more information. Payment is still required before the goods are shipped.

We can process orders in person, over the phone, via live chat or via email.

No, Maker Store does not store or handle any payment, credit card or other financial information.

All of the payment transactions are handled by our trusted partners, Paypal and Coinbase.

With current fluctuations in international freight, for all New Zealand orders please send us an email with the items you are interested in as well as a delivery address. We will provide you with an estimated shipping rate based on the items you have requested. Please send the email to sales@makerstore.com.au

Our shipping rates worked out using Table Rates which is determined by the Total Cart Value.

All Postal Codes in Australia are divided into 5 categories (bands) by the Australian Bureau of Statistics. We have taken the Post Code bands from the ABS and edited it when working out shipping our products around Australia. All Australian Post Codes are separated into 8 bands:
Band 0: Local Pick Up From Our Warehouse
Band 1: Major City
Band 2: Rural
Band 3a: Regional (Small Packages under 500mm)
Band 3b: Regional (Large packages 500mm and over)
Band 4a: Remote (Small Packages under 500mm)
Band 4b: Remote (Large Packages 500mm and over)
Band 5: Unavailable Shipping Options – Please contact us for more information.

Please see the shipping rates for each band:

• Any item larger than 1.6m is deemed as oversized by the courier and does not fall under our standard table rate shipping. These packages require a sales representative to quote the shipping cost. This includes linear rails that are longer than 1.6m and all CNC Machine kits that are 3m in length.
• International shipments need a sales representative to quote the shipping cost.

The Courier Company used for your order will be determined by the destination and the package dimensions. Shipping rates are for our standard couriers. If you would like to use a specific courier it may not fall under our standard shipping rates and we will need to quote you on the customs shipping cost.
